Cabbage and Apple Sausage
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 sweet onion, diced
1/4 head cabbage, chopped into 1-inch pieces
garlic and herb seasoning to taste
salt and pepper to taste
4 chicken apple sausages, sliced
Heat olive oil in medium frying pan over medium heat.
Sauté onion for 3-5 minutes until it is softened.
Add cabbage to onions and sauté for about 10 minutes until cabbage is softened, stirring frequently. Season with garlic and herb seasoning and salt and pepper.
Add sliced sausages to cabbage and onions. Sauté for about 5 minutes, until sausage is warmed and slightly browned.
